After I finish a race, I hang the shirt, bib, and medal on my door at work. Everybody knows better than to ask me about it. Except the new hire, who, just trying to be friendly, asked what was up. For some reason she no longer walks down my hallway anymore.
As both a runner and crossfitter I am often paralyzed as to what to bore my colleagues with first. Or as a friend of mine once asked: "if a person is both a crossfitter and a vegan, what to they talk about first?"
