Diana Finkel led for most of the first 90 miles of the 2010 Hardrock 100, considered the hardest 100-miler in North America (33,000 feet of climbing), before Salt Lake City's Jared Campbell passed her to take the win in 27:18. Diana did manage to finish in 28:32 for 2nd overall, and her 3rd consecutive Womens win. This was Jared's sixth Hardrock, where he has had many top finishes.The Durango Herald has a nice article and video if you want to learn more.
