Glad it's your favorite. After my experience where they billed my CC immediately but did not ship for over a month, and even then didn't ship complete, they would get my vote for the worst customer service ever.

ReplyDeletedon't remember whether i found ZR via a plug here or a link from the inov8 site, but i LOVE them. my hard-to-find shoes are always in stock, email blasts have a personality AND discount codes and the range of product is ridiculous.
sorry anonymous above had a bad experience. in the 8ish orders i've placed with ZR in the past year my expectations have been met or exceeded.
